  • For video shooting/film making a ‘Shot List” must be pre approved from the client side
  • With the pre approved short List all changes will be considered as variation, A variation order is a must to continue and can be charged extra.
  • Agreement on the duration of final edit is a must to proceed further.
  • Separate audio Capture at the live event has to be agreed upon before proceeding
  • All Audio/ Video content once edited and delivered will be edited only one more time without extra charge, in case client’s representative was available at the editing time and approves the content, any further edit will be charged.
  • With pre approved short list only one version will be provided within the project.
  • Audio file formats will be standard wave or MP3.
  • In case of File Conversion from the standard format to another is required, a compatibility test on a sample of file will be done by the client before proceeding further conversion and may be charged.
  • For a subtitle job, the subtitle and there timing is to be provided by the client (each sentence starts at what time)
  • There will be only one extra “MIX & Master” with standard mixing n mastering deal; each extra session will be charged 50% of the rate agreed
  • Clients’ representative shall be available for authorization of “IVR / Voice Over recordings”, if not available each “rerecording” will be charged as new “recording” and voice over artist fee will be charged again unless the artist is provided by the client, plus each extra “Edit” will be charged.
  • A One year support contract can be purchased for minor changes, for Voice over and Actors studio cannot guarantee the same artist throughout the year
  • All shooting permissions are subject to the approval from UAE authorities, and their fee will be charged to the client in advance before shooting commenced, unless the fee already included in the quote, or clients is taking the responsibility of the said permissions

  • All Check payments to be made in the name of “Sinewave Studio”
  • A LPO from the client is a must to proceed further
  • Each variation order will be chargeable for an ongoing job (the job which is already started).
  • An agreed %age as advance is a must to proceed after receiving LPO from the Client
  • Any additional equipment not listed above or any extended days or hours will be on extra charge.
  • 100% of the amount will be chargeable for any cancellation of booking after starting preparations and installing the equipments.
  • Safety will be under the concern person.
